My take on this rally is different. More in the line with “Please proceed…”. Let the Klan rally, wave the Confederate flag and protest its removal.

Then show the film to anyone who claims the flag isn’t a racist symbol.

In practical terms, their turnout for the last 20 years has revealed their weakness. If that changes, the demonstration is a metric.
