I wrote to my regional newspaper when he put up a wingnut radio host as chief scientist for the USDA. I noted that would be a disaster for Nebraska agriculture.

The newspaper had printed their monthly liberal letter to the editor though, so they did not print mine - even on a day where they had no letters at all.

I went through the last thread before logging in, reading about this “Rock” guy and why I must be living under one if I don’t know who he is.

I wrote a scathing response, but instead I’ll just leave it aside. That pretty much looked like a mini-flame war (a candle war?) between two people I probably am better off to stay out of.
