Kentucky isn’t going to attract businesses unless they have an educated workforce.

Amazon might build a distribution center, which is manual labor intensive (and requires a handful of educated managers to oversee the team there)

And those uneducated people will have to work for less than stock-picking robots cost, or be replaced. It’s a bad time to have no skills.
