making up for the slow start on the season…tornadoes have been running wild east of the Mississippi River so far this season; Tornado Alley states have been unnaturally quiet.

I commented on this at the time. I said the quiet spring for Tornado Alley would probably balance out with a catastrophic explosion of tornadoes later in the season.
