That’s pretty big deal. Trump’s biggest ally in the House is Nunes. Nunes has been running interference for Trump since before day 1, and now we’ve got the DOJ demanding Congress investigate their own for potentially interfering in ongoing investigations. Nunes is ultimately responsible for his staff’s actions - and Rosenstein thinks there’s sufficient evidence there for the House to investigate their own.

I’m just stunned that Nunes’ staff think they can push Rosenstein around like that. Talk about hubris. They’re fucking staffers, and they think they can threaten a career prosecutor?

It reminds me of Says Who’s bravado during the campaign. And today we see that he’s been humbled. Mueller has ground him down.

Nunes and his minions will suffer the same fate, I’m hoping.
