OT: I had a disturbing talk with my mom today. She’s was confused, angry and didn’t remember previous conversations we’d had. It might have been a simple misunderstanding, she’s always been “difficult” but I’m a little worried about dementia or Alzheimer’s. Not sure how to gracefully broach the subject with her.

Sorry to hear this Killgore. Insist that she gets a checkup. It could be something relatively simple. My grand-mom got this way when her electrolytes were off.
