I’m all for free speech but this just isn’t right. I can’t believe that he doesn’t have to register as a sex offender.

I think the sex offender registries have become so broad as to be nearly useless. I think they should be on a strongly case-by-case basis, with the guiding principle being how much harm the person is capable of. This guy deserves to be on it. A nineteen year old who streaked doesn’t.
