Millions of poor people, buying stuff that costs less than $5; that’s what gives me a job.

Yeah. One rich person spending $40,000 on something doesn’t carry/match the economic stimulus of 40,000 not so rich people spending $10.00 each on food and the like. If the not so rich don’t have any money, the economy tanks.
