Yeah, I’m barely over 5’, and my husband was 5’7”, but he was barely a head taller; both my sons were at least his height. We’re all pretty short people. My grandson is maybe 5’4” and g-grandson is 5 and only 40” tall, since his grandmother is also around 5’ and his mother about the same height as his dad. Short bunch we are.

And I always preferred short men. : )

Midgets haha. Just kidding. It’s actually interesting to look at height in families over time. As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been doing a family tree and i’ve gotten access to my great grandfathers and uncles WWI draft registration forms and their heights are all described. Only one is described as tall.
