Yes they did. Sorry about the drop in topic, but I’ll add what I should have already. We can’t have amateur (or worse) mistakes. I spoke to a South Korean friend, US born. This man who went and worked there for some time said that quite simply war must not be triggered.

His point is that for South Korea, the likely consequences of a conventional war, a nuclear war of limited scope or WW3 all have the same consequences for SK. And NK.
