A big part of the Schumer strategy seems to be to drive a wedge between the White House and the GOP on the Hill, and it seems to be working. Graham going after Stephen Miller is a very good thing. Paint Trump (correctly) as lacking any spine of his own or ability to articulate or hold to any kind of deal. And Trump is playing right into it.
