It’s designed to be glued inside a tube and become a monolithic silencer baffle stack.

Might sort of work for one or two shots. Not even as well as the oil filter hack. Is that enough to risk 10 years at club fed? OTOH, since the things won’t work worth a damn, one could argue no constructive intent is possible.
