Oooh, I love Cornish hens. (We ate them when I was a kid because they were really cheap.) The crab meat stuffing sounds particularly good. (And far too expensive here.)

Turns out they’re still not expensive and Safeway will deliver them to your door frozen (not here of course).

Mom would stuff Cornish hens with oysters, diced celery, diced onions and cornbread. She’d glaze them with orange marmalade. DEE-LISH!
