Isn’t there something (or did they do away with it?) that an image of a flag is considered a flag? So, when that tan fades, it means he’ll have to be burned at the stake, right?

If you create an image of the flag, you’ve created a flag. (That was the flappadoodle over Tomi Lowrent’s shirt the other day.)

You don’t need a stake though, you just burn a flag in private.
