Now here’s the difficult question I have DM is how do we determine beforehand that such an individual like this shouldn’t have a gun. What’s killing me is finding how we do protect what is a constitutionally protected right with the right to live and that’s a right that goes beyond words. It’s what everyone should expect from a society that they won’t get murdered by some hot-headed asshole.

my goal is to reduce the number of shootings. can’t stop them all
- certainly cant stop the next mass shooting nut
- and for some reason, gun holders will not self-separate themselves from the obvious dangerous people - so they are all lumped together to their own detriment

the only rule is their rule: control your weapon at all times (carrying, use, storage, transfer, sale, transportation, whatever)

start with the low hanging fruit
- anyone who demonstrates he can’t control his weapon as above, hit ‘em hard
- take people’s finances, freedom and future, enough times and maybe other people will be more careful
- and maybe just maybe the actual ‘responsible’ ones will start to see that we can cull the really scary people from the herd without endangering their own 2A rights

but they wont even do that. what they really want is the right without any responsibility or culpability no matter what
