It’s been a very long time since I had dogs, but could they have gotten into something outdoors (grass or the like)?

Looked into that too. We did have TruGreen here - but didnt let the dogs out on the yard for 3 hours afterwards (they only say you need an hour) and I watered the yard during hour 1 of that process. There also is no grass in the vomit - it is just straight up half digested food. Their stool looks fine, they dont act lethargic…
