Health is fine. I know about the lower payouts if I claim before full retirement age. It’s just a question of whether i want to keep working until I am 66+.

You can quit at 65, you’ll get less than 66 but more than 62. Quit whenever you want, if you have other funds you can live on those until 66. If you like your job, If you like your life, why would you change?
