It’s an awful lot of work to do NDAs for affairs that didn’t happen.

Did Cohen just have a form NDA that he’d fill in the blanks and cut checks to women on behalf of Trump? How often did this happen?

And if Trump didn’t sign and Cohen wasn’t authorized to sign, then these don’t have any force and effect, which means Daniels is under no obligation to remain silent (and all those other NDAs are likely done the same way, which means they too aren’t worth the paper written on).

Cohen really isn’t that good a lawyer.
