Jerry Nadler is now referring to the House investigation as a formal impeachment proceeding. Mueller was part of getting them to that point. It hasn’t been fast, but it hasn’t been ineffective. I think what’s frustrating everyone is that we’re in such a hurry to get to the finish line that we’re not watching the race.

Mueller wasn’t allowed to indict. Hence we wasn’t allowed to investigate certain things. Things that would have proven crimes. He didn’t interview unindicted co-conspirators. He was put in a straitjacket. I didn’t say the report was worthless but it was ineffective.
