Hospitals are not doing electives.
Hospitals are not accepting any visitors except under specific circumstances.
ERs are being cleared out of non-emergency cases (diverted to urgent care centers). Waiting rooms are being cleared.

Why?

Because the same hospitals are overrun by covid19 cases swamping ICUs and staff to the point where they’re converting other parts of the hospitals into covid19 units.

But sure, post a picture of a waiting room with zero context.

Not to mention case concentrations are vastly different by region.
