Seriously, after the pandemic mess gets under control, Biden really should set up an executive board to review the Pentagon and US force disposition.

I’ve remarked before that the reason the Defense budget is so large is because it’s a works project.

Now right-wing and Trumpers see the Defense department as some sort of machismo granting miracle machine.

But it is not.

It’s a works project.

That sometimes goes to other countries to mess them up.

But most of the time just spends money.
