He wasn’t explicitly saying homosexuality is like murder but he was saying using an extreme logical fallacy that if you don’t ban homosexuality due to morals, then you shouldn’t be able to ban murder. That’s nonsense. Would he be using that point on something like say alcohol use which many religions find the use of immoral. Scalia’s an ass and continues to act like one.
