Yep, seen cases like that before. She lost a job due to age discrimination a couple of years ago but got too depressed to be willing to do anything about it. Thankfully that’s not the case this time.

The biggest immediate danger is not the UI but if they try to cove their asses by going after her RN license.

I wouldn’t assume anything, WBL. Age discrimination can be very, very subtle.

The mistaken notion many have is that “age slows you down”. They had to hire 2 people to replace me.
