We can only hope that the Trump Campaign is a big enough disaster that the Democrats squeak out a majority in the House as well as the Senate. Then if the Democrats have the guts to substantially revise the filibuster rule, they could actually get some decent legislation enacted before the 2018 midterms bring the GOP back into power in Congress.
