I’m wondering if the new administration is backtracking a bit on the ambassador “firings.” NewsHour Weekend tonight had an interview with an ambassador appointed by Obama who, they mentioned in passing, would be staying on. I believe they also backtracked on the Inaugural announcer, but he said ‘no thanks.’
