If you have that perspective, you’ll be fine. I worked with a guy who had that happen AT WORK a few years ago and he just marked it as a big life event, changed his diet, and got on with it. He’s pretty happy. Weirdly nihilist - and a Trumpie (rolleyes) - but happy.
