As I commented downstairs, that district is the religious right part of San Diego (not that there are no right-wingers elsewhere, it’s just that in Hunter’s district the religious right is a larger fraction of the electorate.)

Anmar’s father was a Muslim immigrant, his mother a Mexican immigrant.

This is the white nationalist’s nightmare.

I will not be surprised if Hunter, even if this story continues on the front page in San Diego, gets re-elected.
