It’s possible Bayer could be wiped out from this. With suits here piling up, I imagine suits will be brought in other countries where RoundUp is sold.

I fully expect all of these rulings to be overturned on appeal eventually. Not because of any corruption, but because decades of widespread glyphosate use has led to some of the largest and best studies possible and they just don’t support a link to NHL. Problem is you start dropping hard science on 12 random jurors and they basically tune out.

Even the few studies that find a link only do so at the very highest levels of agricultural exposure and the association is tenuous at best.
