A stepsister of mine (she’s 25) got busted and is charged with three second degree felonies of manufacture and distribution of ecstasy, mushrooms, etc. here’s the exact charges:

In Texas, do these carry mandatory prison time, or with no priors (that I know of) can she avoid prison and jail? Could she get probation?
