It is disgusting to many that war costs human suffering and life and world unrest..but, it’s all about the money.
Show them the money.
Whether it is the UN, Egypt, Hamas, Syria, or the Gazans,..there is no impetus to stop or quard against the tunneling or the trafficking of goods…it’s all about profit.
The offering price to Egypt is not high enough yet to
warrant them to stop the tunneling.
Show them the money.

Paying for civilized behavior is not a viable option.
See Barbary Pirates, paying only drives the demand for more money to ensure the required behavior. Eventually the price is too high, and action must be taken.
