As POTUS, Clinton tried and failed to remake the economy. He succeeded once he adopted the Republican model of free-enterprise and stimulus. Dems can win this one by realizing that socialism doesn’t work in the 21st century. I mean, even the Chinese want free enterprise to work. President Obama can have the same kind of epiphany as did Clinton. And I hope it’s soon.

So do I. First, your point about the Chinese wanting free enterprise to work is a good one. Second, Putin warned Obama that socialism doesn’t work.

How messed up are things when the Chinese and the Russians are trying to tell us something about the system that built this great country?
