They have not been able to prove that voting machines were hacked or otherwise tampered with, although a bunch of voting machines in Detroit malfunctioned and hundreds of votes did not get counted. But messing with voters’ heads with EMAILS!!! and WIKILEAKS!!!!! is legal.

again, what the Russians did is not illegal…but when US citizens actively collude, that is a different matter.
