Colo. man mentioned in NYC terror probe says ‘everything normal,’ not under investigation

A Colorado man whose name has been mentioned in connection with a New York City terrorism probe says he is not under investigation and that he’s back to work as an airport shuttle driver.

A law enforcement official said Tuesday that the FBI had put Najibullah (Nah-JEEB’-ull-ah) Zazi (ZAH’-zee) under surveillance in connection with a suspected terror plot.

But the FBI in Denver says it cannot comment, and Zazi insists he’s not under investigation. He says he recently visited New York City — and was briefly stopped by police on the George Washington Bridge — but that he’s back to work.

Something doesn’t add up here.
