Seems that Chambliss’ office is one of two possible GOP sources for the comment:

Chambliss repudiated the comment on the local news in Atlanta and is invetigating the incident. I wouldn’t pin this on him any more than Obama is to blame for a staffer flying the Che flag in a campaign office.

The comment is awful and the staffer needs to be let go if it can be pinned to a specific person.
