The meat and bones. Solar energy, wind, water, electric cars, tax incentives for new industry, etc. Positive reinforcement rather than negative reinforcement. With C/T I sometimes think that we’ll wind up just accepting higher energy costs and not doing anything about it. Know what I mean?
