I started reading the actual transcript of the NYDN interview. It honestly made me sick to my stomach.

I wonder how many of Sanders’ supporters have actually listened to him talk, or read what he writes. I know, I know this sounds like some kind of old fogey get-off-my-lawn sentiment. I’m 35, I do the facebooks, I understand social media at least a little. But damn if it doesn’t look like a populist whirlwind spun up around the dream-unicorn candidate everyone wishes Sanders embodied, rather than a doddering old fool who bitches that his electronic trinket isn’t made in ‘Murrica anymore and doesn’t understand that the world will never again work that way.
