I need to try some good gin one of tehse days. I haven’t had it much. My favorite brewery though is New Belgium based out of Fort Collins.

They do tours, if you are ever in the area, but they are hard to get into - sell out all the time.

We couldn’t get one on the right day the last time we passed through that way, so hoping for next trip.

As for gin, it can definitely be an acquired taste. There are times where it is definitely worth paying for the premium stuff. If you drink it with tonic (my preferred), the tonic ALSO plays a huge role.

Occasionally mr. klys and I toss around the idea of opening a gin bar. Offering both gin samplers and tonic samplers. I’m playing around with the possibility of writing up gin reviews on my blog too.
