If the Scalia family thinks he’s making the right choice than that really is all that needs to be said. It’s not like Obama and Scalia were close. And while the two aren’t the same situation, Scalia made a habit of not attending Obama’s SOTU addresses. This is just a fake outrage and I am glad the Scalia family isn’t humoring right wing bullshit here.
