Well, if that “Obamacare stabilization bill” is truly “bipartisan” - then the threat of a Trump veto is pretty hollow. Assuming all Democrats will sign off on some sort of bill, and enough Republicans to marginalize the wingnut fringe, then the possibility of an override will loom pretty large.
But that’s just speculation: unfortunately, it’s a doubtful proposition that the wingnuts won’t be able to stand in the way of any bill that’s not going to be another TrumpCare horrorshow.

Oh, and despite Fox’s huffing and puffing about Senators’ supposed “fallout from opposing Trump” - it looks like the only ones who seem to looking at difficulty are the ones in already-marginal seats: hard to see a lot of them being shoved aside by Trump-cultists (Alabama, maybe, aside).
