as i said upthread, mazers and deutche are gonna give over the stuff, then he likely sues them both - and loses both too
i have no doubt they’ve both already notified their insurance carriers

they are both big firms
and winning is nice of course
my experience is it’s not enough to win
best practice is to not get sued in the first place
so when you accept clients, choose those who arent likely to drag you into lawsuits directly or indirectly.

Both Mazars and DB are providing information under subpoena from legitimate courts - What would be Trump’s grounds (outside of his usual lawyer-‘em-to-death harassment tactics) for a suit? Violation of confidentiality? Thin grounds, in my IANAL opinion: and besides, the damage will have been done, as any embarrassing/incriminating evidence will already be in the public domain. Which of course, Trump will categorically disclaim via Twitter, repeatedly…
