I have Pop’s wok but I’m a new place with a glass top so wok’ing is hard. Been hammering a cast iron griddle a lot lately.

Want to just do a traditional fried rice Hawaiian style with some seared salmon. And I went to a baby shower yesterday and came home with a plate for fresh poke.
