No doubt you are right but it was disappointing to see how he voted on his first important issue. I remember Pres Obama having to fight so hard to get his 60 votes for the ACA - and it was democrats he was having to convince to vote with him. I find it disappointing regardless as to the how and why.

No argument there. I hate that reps from poorer states and regions often ironically often have to vote against stuff that would benefit those regions heavily.
