Listen up, here’s the thing. If we ate more insect protein, which is absolutely there for the taking rather than letting it rot and disappear from our global diet, we could remove animal husbandry from the global economy *tomorrow*.

No more beef, no more pig, no more sheep, no more fish, no more food fun.

It sucks, but it may be our future,

Closest we come to that is the various sea bugs like shrimp.

I guess we could breed a larger wood louse and come up with a nice marketing campaign for Isopod Legs.
