dinner tonight is tortellini salad with zucchini, tomatoes, feta cheese and grated parmesan. Tortellini is stuffed with chicken, roasted garlic, and mozarella. Dressing is olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, dill, and a mix of Mediterranean herbs.
