Sharmuta— Is this related to the constrained/unconstrained idea I’ve seen you and others mention? I haven’t read this and am not familiar with the terms, but I would fully endorse the idea that the political spectrum can’t be adequately described in terms of binaries — or even in a linear model.

It is about the constrained and unconstrained visions I and others mention at times. There are grades of each vision, and hybrids of them as well, such as fascism and communism. But there are those of the constrained vision on both the left and the right, and unconstrained can be found on the left and right as well. But I now no longer see “left” and “right”. I see the constrained vision and non-constrained visions- fascists, commies and socialists (for lack of better terms).
