Raise the ownership age for semi-automatic weapons for males to 27 years. Criminalize transfer of weapons to when said gun is allowed to be used by no one other than the registrant. Require yearly medical check-ups for licensees not limited to physical examination. Require yearly drug testing. Allow for a waiver in gun-free zones for the principals and VP.

Require membership in a government run “well regulated militia” to track and certify gun ownership and competency.
