Grover Norquist actually knows something about DC, even though he’s a fanatic. He wants a deal on his terms, but he’ll actually negotiate if its not about a tax increase. Too many in the House GOP are just plain pissed off by the way 2012 has gone, and I don’t know if they’ll be able to calm down enough to do their jobs.
