Beyond knowing that they have a parliamentary government, I know nothing about their system either. Never bothered to look into it—my interest in politics mostly stops at the edge of our shores. The only reason I even attempted to understand Israeli politics was because it crops up here so often and has an effect on the I-P conflict, which obviously also comes up here a lot

The Israeli political system is so fucked up it’s impossible to explain to anyone. Took me years and I still don’t understand it.
