No idea why you are nattering on about camping and guns.
Most people I know who camp don’t need guns.

I camped a dozen times in Colorado this summer. Only once were there guns involved, because out of our party of 10 guys, seven of them brought guns (including me, because I knew this was a “redneck” camping trip with guns, dirtbikes, and a big bonfire). The rest of the time, I camped unarmed (I don’t own any handguns, just rifles and shotguns).
