Since it appears that the GOP will let Comey drag his ass out in investigating the ‘new emails’, is there a way to keelhaul his ass before the Supreme Court to get him to answer some simple questions:

(1) How many emails are involved?
(2) How many resources are being dedicated?
(3) When will the review be completed?
